From the first moment I stepped foot in your place, everything changed. Zehava, you received me with indescribable patience. You listened to me, you understood all my fears, and you knew exactly how to lead me to the wig of my dreams. And the bangs… this perfect bangs that I had always dreamed of, came out simply precise and crazy. And cheers – your hands are simply golden hands! Your patience, listening and attention to the smallest details so that everything is perfect – is something rare that you don’t see everywhere. But your kindness and true service were measured precisely now, a year and a half later. When there were small things that bothered me and I came back to you, I received treatment and service from you as if it were the first day, as if I had just paid for the wig. This care, which does not end even after so much time – there is nothing like it in the whole world. Zehava simply has no competitors, period. Service with her is above all. Today, thanks to you, when I look in the mirror I really like what I see. I walk with confidence, speak with confidence and radiate confidence, and all thanks to your perfect work. Wow wow wow!!!! 🤩 Professionalism and service at the highest level I have ever known (and have known!) From the first moment I was impressed by the listening, caring and professional perfectionism of Zehava, who is a personality in her own right and the team with whom you can see that she is made of 'the same material'🥰 Mimi always receives everyone warmly and there is always a good feeling in the place. Zehava listened very patiently to all the requests and wishes I wanted in a wig. And it was complex because I wanted to put 4 wigs together and take something different from each one And how she said 'This is a headache, I have never done anything like this but I love challenges and reinventing myself' and from this sentence I understood that I was in the best hands there is because someone who seeks the best interests of the customer - listens to their needs and if necessary goes out of their way to come up with exactly what the customer wants, personalized to them! In addition to that, after a period of time, we discovered something small that was not accurate and Zehava asked me to come again and discovered that the entire network had to be replaced and everything had to be redone! Zehava did it without me adding a penny and stood behind her words. She took responsibility and didn't try to convince me, 'That's how it is with lace wigs, it's okay to have a little wig and it'll work out' No. She took the wig and gave it back to me perfect! Thank you to God for guiding me with her personal care.
